We are registered with Ofsted on the voluntary childcare register. We are exempt from registering on the compulsory childcare register because we offer study support to home educated children. You can read the registration requirements  here.

We would also like to highlight that the Learning Community is not a school and that all students studying with us will need additional provisions for their education.
